Elective fourth-year course on the Bachelor in Business Administration. The course addresses how firms expand internationally: globalization and its effect on internationalization, the international environment and the competitive dynamics of global markets, and the strategies and organizational structures firms adopt as they expand. It gives particular attention to strategic decision-making and to the variables that determine success, and treats cultural diversity as a central factor in international management, integrating ethics, corporate social responsibility, and human resource management in multicultural contexts.

Business Economics

Compulsory first-year course on the Double Bachelor in Business Administration and Law. An introduction to the fundamentals of management: the nature of organizations and managerial roles, theoretical approaches from classical to contemporary, and the core functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. The course examines internal and external business environments with an emphasis on organizational culture, and closes on the role of business in society — managerial ethics, social responsibility, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Designed in alignment with the UN Principles for Responsible Management Education.
